Purpose:
The purpose of the Committee on Lay Leadership is to identify, develop, deploy, evaluate, and monitor Christian spiritual leadership for the local congregation.

Committee Duties:
Some of the duties of The Committee on Lay Leadership include:

- Assist persons in the congregation
to identify their spiritual gifts and skills for service;

- Identify and recommend persons to serve
in the various ministries of Wesley;

- Equip persons for service and leadership
by offering or connecting them with appropriate training;

- Deploy persons for effective witness and service in ministry tasks; and,
- Offer support and encouragement for those in service.
