Paul Chapman joined the Wesley Staff in January 2003.

Paul graduated from Stephenville High School in Stephenville, Texas in 1972. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1973 until 1997. While in the Marine Corps he graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a BS in Aviation Business Administration. He is currently pursuing a MAR in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University. With the Lord's help, he has hopes of completing his degree in Pastoral Counseling by March 2008.

Paul and his wife, Sandra, of 28 years moved to Bloomsburg in 1997. We enjoy spending time with our wonderful grandchildren, camping, and traveling. We have four grown children who are married and live in the surrounding communities. These blessed unions have brought us nine grandchildren that range in age from one-year to twelve-years-old.
