Reverend Jay E. Jones became lead pastor of Wesley UMC on July 1, 2008.

Pastor Jay grew up in Julian, Pennsylvania, attended Juniata College, and received his Masters of Divinity from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.

He has served United Methodist churches in Shawville, Lewistown, Bald Eagle, and Clearfield within the Susquehanna Conference.

Pastor Jay enjoys working with children and youth and likes meeting and visiting with people.
